Each player is evaluated individually based on ability, background, experience, and development stage.
From there, we help define a pathway that is realistic, structured, and suited to the player.

We work with clubs and academies in Spain and continue to expand our network into Portugal.
Our goal is to support player development on and off the pitch through better decisions, better environments, and better direction.

Founder

Karim Karimov is the Founder of Game On Barcelona Football Agency.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Barcelona in 2015 and brings legal knowledge, international experience, and local understanding to his work in football.
Football has been a central part of his life from a young age.
Today, he remains actively involved in the game while working closely with players, families, clubs, and academies in Barcelona and beyond.
Living in Barcelona has given him a close connection to the local football culture, development environment, and everyday reality of the pathway players try to enter.
Alongside Game On, he is also the Director of the Azerbaijani Cultural Center in Barcelona and the Chairman of the Azerbaijani Society in Barcelona.
This wider experience helps Game On work not only as a football agency, but also as a trusted bridge between players, families, cultures, and opportunity.

His biggest dream in football is to see Azerbaijan at the World Cup.
That dream is part of why Game On exists.
