Game On Barcelona Football Agency is dedicated to supporting young players from different countries in starting their football careers in Spain and, more recently, in Portugal, two of Europe’s leading football nations.

Our work is built on integrity, transparency, and hard work. We understand the highly competitive nature of football and the difficulty of reaching the top level. However, we believe that progress is possible through discipline, confidence, and consistent effort.

Each player is evaluated individually according to their ability, playing background, and experience. Based on this evaluation, we offer a personalized and realistic career pathway.

We work closely with local Spanish clubs and academies, and through these collaborations we support young players from across Europe and beyond in adapting to Spanish football methodology. Our goal is to help players develop technically, tactically, physically, and mentally in line with high football standards.

Our mission is to guide the players we represent both on and off the pitch, helping them make informed decisions and work toward their ambitions in a responsible and structured way.

Football development is closely connected to education and personal growth. Education plays an important role in the integration process in Spain. The reality is that football careers are unpredictable, and every player should have a solid educational foundation alongside their sporting journey. An educated player understands the game, the environment, and themselves more clearly.

Founder, Game On Barcelona Football Agency

Karim Karimov graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Barcelona in 2015. He applies his legal knowledge and international experience to his work as a football agent based in Barcelona.

Football has been a central part of his life from a young age. Today, he remains actively involved in football while working closely with players, families, clubs, and academies. Living in Barcelona, he is deeply connected to the local football culture and development environment.

In addition to founding Game On Barcelona Football Agency, he is also the Director of the Azerbaijani Cultural Center in Barcelona and the Chairman of the Azerbaijani Society in Barcelona.
